Handcrafted nature: as all pieces are made by hand, minor variations in bead arrangement or finish may occur between individual items. This is a characteristic of handmade jewelry and does not represent a quality issue.

Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable import duties, customs taxes, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item at the stated price. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments or PayPal.

International Shipping
All orders are shipped from China via international courier. Estimated delivery is 14–30 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their destination country.

No Refund Policy
Due to the international nature of our shipping operations and the handcrafted character of each piece, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
