All Stone & Soul pieces are individually handcrafted in China using genuine natural stone. All orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally from China. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and our international shipping operations, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to read the full product description and consider your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Every piece in our collection is made by hand in China and shipped via international courier directly to your door. The combination of handcrafted production and international logistics makes it impractical to facilitate returns or issue refunds after an order has been dispatched.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you shop with intention.
 

Natural Stone Variation — Important Disclaimer

All Stone & Soul jewelry uses 100% genuine natural jade, crystals, and gemstones. Because each stone is formed naturally, slight variations in color, texture, translucency, and surface pattern are inherent to the material and are present in every piece.

These variations are not defects. They are proof that your piece is made from real natural stone and is genuinely unique. Minor differences between product photography and the item you receive are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We inspect every order before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ranzehan123@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

In the event of a confirmed shipping error or transit damage, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
 

International Shipping and Customs

All orders ship from China via international courier with an estimated delivery window of 14–30 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their destination country. These charges are outside of our control and cannot be refunded.
